Phase 1 (Day 1): The Adaptation Your journey begins with an initial foot scan and our Level 1: Gentle Lift-Up Arch Training Insoles. This pain-free adjustment phase gently supports collapsed arches. We guide you to gradually increase wearing time from 2 hours, to 4 hours, and eventually to a full day.

Phase 2 (Day 30): Re-Assessment Visit our showroom for a second arch scan follow-up. We will review your foot's adaptation progress and confirm your readiness for the next level of support.

Phase 3 (Day 31+): Lock-In Alignment Transition to the Level 2: Posture Fix Enhanced Support Insoles. This upgrade provides stronger, rigid support to help lock in your improved posture and deliver better control for overpronation (fallen ankles).

Phase 4 (Day 90): 3rd Month Pattern Check Your third arch scan focuses on stability. We check your shoe's outsole wear, assess your walking patterns, and ensure you are experiencing even wear on both sides.

Phase 5 (Day 180): 6th Month Review In your final scan review, we recheck your arch stability and alignment to recommend any final adjustments. (For teens aged 13 to 18, we also assess any changes due to growth spurts during this phase.)

Phase 1-3 Package: RM 450 (Original Value: RM 700).

Replacement Policy (Days 90–180): If an insole replacement is necessary between Phases 4 and 5 due to significant arch improvement or a teen growth spurt, a top-up fee of only RM 100 is charged for the replacement pair (Standard individual insole price: RM 350).
